MORNING: The absolute first thing I do when I get out of bed in the morning is wash my face. I use the Ole Henriksen Aloe Vera Deep Cleanser which is very soothing and doesn't dry out my skin unlike their African Red Tea Cleanser unfortunately does. I follow that up with the Ole Henriksen Truth Serum Collagen Booster which has Vitamin C as well as antioxidants to brighten the skin and approve its overall appearance. Then I moisturize with the Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation which I've been using for quite a while now. It does a great job of keeping my skin hydrated and it's supposed to help fade dark spots as well. I also use the Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado which is a fairly thick and super hydrating eye cream that I know is pretty popular among bloggers.
NIGHT: I wash my face with the Aloe Vera Cleanser again and then use the Ole Henriksen Invigorating Night Treatment which is basically just the nighttime version of the one I use in the morning and is meant to improve the skin's overall appearance. Then I moisturize with The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Blemish Fade Night Lotion. I sometimes get dark spots so I like to use this and tea tree oil is really good for your skin in general. I use the Kiehl's eye cream once again and then finish with the Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil. I just started using this so I'm not sure if it's too soon to see results but I do find that my skin looks brighter in the morning and it just feels really luxurious.
OTHER: On occasion I'll use the Lush Ocean Salt Scrub which as you can see is very well loved or the Lush Angels on Bare Skin Cleanser to wash my face and they both feel really nice and exfoliating. I also love the Lush Tea Tree Water Toner for freshening up and removing any excess oil during the day if I'm not wearing makeup. If I am wearing a lot of makeup, I'll take it off at the end of the day with the Ole Henriksen Pure Truth Melting Cleanser which does an awesome job of breaking down and removing any kind of makeup.
I've never really been big on skincare or switching up my routine but I'd like to start trying more things to find out what works best for me, so let me know what your favorite products are!
